At My Stack Box, we’re committed to providing our customers with a first-class experience. We want the process to be as stress free as possible from delivery and pickup to the drop-off of your container to its new destination or at one our storage facilities.
HOA Rules & Gated Community Clearance
- If your residence has a Homeowner’s Association, we recommend you contact your HOA to see if there are any restrictions or time limits.
- Please inform the gate house of our arrival in advance to avoid our drivers from having to wait for confirmation or make a second trip.
- If your community has a special entrance for trucks only, please inform us in advance.
- If for whatever reason, we cannot make a delivery and/or pick up within your community because of uncommunicated association restrictions, you will be charged a redelivery fee.
Clearing The Path For Your My Stack Box Container Delivery
- Our drivers require a clear path when they drop off or pick up your container. We recommend the area is clear of any vehicles, lawn mowers, toys, etc.
My Stack Box Container Placement
- If you want your My Stack Box placed in a specific location, please inform us prior to delivery.
- If you are not available when we come to deliver and we place your My Stack Box in a location you do not desire and want it moved, there is a $50 replacement fee.
My Stack Box Storage Facility Placement
- Doors on your My Stack Box container should be securely closed. We are not responsible for any damages.
- 72 hours advance notice is needed to access your container at our facility.
- Any change to your original order will result in a $50 fee.
Relocation & Pickup
- Your account must not have any past due payments to schedule a pick up or delivery. If you do, we will require you balance to be current.
- 3 business day advance notice is required for relocation and pickup.
- We recommend that you choose a pick up date for the day after the box is ready as we cannot guarantee what time of the day we will be there for pick up. If we have to wait more than 15 minutes after we arrive for any reason to grab the box, you will incur a $50 waiting charge.
- Any cancellation or changing of your date and/or time after you received your confirmation will result in a $50 change order fee.
- Transportation charges are according to the distance from one location to another which could vary from your original quote. We will indicate any revised charges in the confirmation email and/or text.
My Stack Box Storage Container Completion
- Your My Stack Box container must be completely cleaned out of any material when you’ve finished using it. There will be a $50 Cleaning Fee if these requirements are not met.
- All Locks on all doors of the containers must be removed. There will be a $50 Lock Removal Fee if locks are still in use.
- You must request a final pick up 3 business days before you next billing date to not automatically be charged your monthly rent
