We recommend you choose the day before or after you need the box. We cannot guarantee any timeframes. Below are some examples.

• If you are having movers come, please choose the day BEFORE to avoid your movers having to wait for your delivery. 

• If you are closing on a new home, please choose the day AFTER your closing to avoid the delivery getting to the home before you officially have closed.

• Your My Stack Box should be completely packed with your belongings the day before we relocate the box to a new location or pick up your box for storage, please choose the day AFTER this happens.

• Your My Stack Box should be completly unpacked of your belongings the day before we pick up your empty box, please choose the day AFTER this happens.
