Thank you for submitting your request for a pick up.
There is a 3 business day lead time from the date you submit the form. For instance, you cannot request us to pick up the box tomorrow.
We recommend that you choose a pick up date for the day after the box is ready as we cannot guarantee what time of the day we will be there for pick up. If we have to wait more than 15 minutes after we arrive for any reason to grab the box, you will incur a $50 waiting charge.
If you are done with your My Stack Box:
You are required to have the box cleaned out and no locks on the doors. If you do not comply, there is a $50 clean up and/or lock cutting fee charged.
You must request a final pick up 3 business days before your next billing date to not automatically be charged your monthly rent.
Your account must not have any past due payments to schedule a pick up or delivery. If you do, we will require you balance to be current.
Transportation charges are according to the distance from one location to another which could vary from your original quote. We will indicate any revised charges in the confirmation email and/or text.
Please put any important information in the message box including HOA restrictions.
Our logistics department will confirm this request via email and/or text within 1 business day from the of submission of this form.
If you make any changes to your request after our logistics department has confirmed your request, there is a $50 change order fee.
